Company is looking for an HR and Immigration specialist with a good knowledge of international employees taxes and benefits issues.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience Human Resources related experience
• At least 2 years exposure to immigration work visas, residency processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve outstanding issues
• Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive, confidential information
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Desire to interact with individuals from other countries and cultures and provide excellent customer service
• Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as a contributing member of a team and colleagues in remote areas
• High levels of flexibility and time management. Ability and willingness to accommodate calls with different time zones
• Ability to manage cases and work with strict time-lines
• Ability to effectively interface at all management levels
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office programs (excel, word, power point, ect..)
